How Mag Sulph Injection works Mag Sulph 25% Injection controls seizures and high blood pressure in pregnant women by widening the blood vessels in the brain and improving the blood supply to the nerve cells. It also treats low levels of magnesium in the blood.
Caution: It is important to consult your doctor regarding alcohol consumption while taking Mag Sulph 25% Injection .
Mag Sulph 25% Injection is unsafe to use during pregnancy as there is definite evidence of risk to the developing baby. However, the doctor may rarely prescribe it in some life-threatening situations if the benefits are more than the potential risks. Doctor consultation is advised.
Mag Sulph 25% Injection is safe to use during breastfeeding. Human studies suggest that the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in a significant amount and is not harmful to the baby.
