Larinate 200 Kit Tablet is an antimalarial medicine and is used to treat malaria. It kills the infection-causing parasite and stops the further spread of the infection in the body. Do not use this medicine for treating any other condition without consulting your doctor.
The majority of side effects typically do not necessitate medical intervention. and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Doctor consultation is advised if they persist or if you're worried about them.
Follow your doctor's guidance regarding the dose and duration of this medication. Ingest it without breaking or crushing. Do not chew, crush or break it. Larinate 200 Kit Tablet is to be taken with food.
Larinate 200 Kit Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Artesunate, Sulphadoxine and Pyrimethamine which treat malaria. Artesunate and Pyrimethamine are antiparasitic medicines which work by increasing the levels of haeme in the blood, a substance toxic to the malarial parasite. This kills the parasite and stops the infection from spreading. Sulphadoxine is an antibiotic which stops the bacteria from producing folic acid, a nutrient required for bacterial multiplication.
Consult your Doctor: Please consult your doctor regarding the safety of consuming alcohol with Larinate 200 Kit Tablet . Experts have not found evidence of alcohol impairing the effectiveness of the medicine.

Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Doctor consultation is advised.

Not Safe: Larinate 200 Kit Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
