Isorus Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Isosorbide dinitrate and Hydralazine. Isosorbide dinitrate is a nitrate which relaxes the blood vessels and decreases the oxygen demand of the heart. Hydralazine is a potassium channel opener which acts as an antioxidant and lessens tolerance to isosorbide dinitrate, thereby preserving its capacity to relax blood vessels.
