How it works
Heal IT Ointment is a combination of four medicines: Betamethasone, Lactic Acid, Salicylic Acid and Urea which treat eczema and psoriasis. Lactic Acid, Salicylic Acid and Urea are keratolytic medicines which break down keratin clumps, remove dead skin cells and soften the skin. They also enhance the absorption of Betamethasone into the skin.
