Cinjoy D 10mg/25mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Domperidone and Cinnarizine. Domperidone is an antiemetic and a prokinetic. It works by blocking the action of dopamine (a chemical messenger) in the brain which causes nausea and vomiting. Cinnarizine is calcium channel antagonist which works by preventing constriction of the blood vessels of the inner ear.
