You do not usually feel any direct benefit from taking this medicine, but it works in the long term to keep you well. You should take it regularly as prescribed for this medicine to be most effective, even if you feel better.
Side Effects

How to use
Follow your doctor's guidance regarding the dose and duration of this medication. Ingest it without breaking or crushing. Do not chew, crush or break it. Amlozaar-H Tablet can be taken it with or without food, although it's advisable to take it consistently at the same time.
How it works
Amlozaar-H Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Losartan, Amlodipine and Hydrochlorothiazide. Losartan is an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB) and Amlodipine is a calcium channel blocker (CCB). They work by widening and relaxing the blood vessels, thereby lowering blood pressure. Hydrochlorothiazide is a diuretic which removes extra water and certain electrolytes from the body through urine. Over time it also works by relaxing blood vessels and improving blood flow.
Unsafe: Avoid consuming alcohol with Amlozaar-H Tablet 10 Tablet as it is deemed unsafe.
Seek medical advice from your doctor: Amlozaar-H Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy as there is definite evidence of risk to the developing baby. However, the doctor may rarely prescribe it in some life-threatening situations if the benefits are more than the potential risks. Doctor consultation is advised.
Safe when prescribed by an expert: Amlozaar-H Tablet is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby.
Not Safe: Amlozaar-H Tablet may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive. Amlozaar-H Tablet may cause side effects such as dizziness, headaches, nausea or tiredness, all of which could affect your ability to concentrate and drive.
Caution Advised: Amlozaar-H Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Amlozaar-H Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised. Use of Amlozaar-H Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease.

What if I forget to take it?
If a dose of Amlozaar-H Tablet 10 Tablet is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.
