How it works
Akme-Entoquol Tablet is a combination of two medicines : Loperamide and Beta-Cyclodextrin. Loperamide is an antidiarrheal medication. This allows more time for reabsorption of fluids and nutrients, making the stools more solid and less frequent. Beta-Cyclodextrin works by improving the solubility and the stability of Loperamide and thus enhances its antidiarrheal effect.
