I'm a 24-year-old male dealing with hair fall for the past year, and someone suggested I start this Iron and Folic Acid tablet to stop it. Is that safe?

Iron only helps hair fall if you're actually iron-deficient - taking it without confirming that first won't necessarily fix the problem, and unnecessary iron supplementation over time can cause its own issues like constipation or, rarely, iron overload. I'd get a simple blood test, ferritin and hemoglobin, before starting rather than guessing. Your doctor can interpret those numbers and tell you if this is really what your hair fall needs.
