How Yarafexo Tablet works Yarafexo 94mg Tablet belongs to a class of medicines called antihistamines. It blocks the effects of a chemical called histamine, which is responsible for causing inflammation and its associated symptoms such as itching, redness, swelling, and irritation.

Yarafexo 94mg Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Doctor consultation is advised.
Yarafexo 94mg Tablet is safe to use during breastfeeding. Human studies suggest that the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in a significant amount and is not harmful to the baby.Because of low milk levels and lack of sleepiness, use of Yarafexo 94mg Tablet would not be expected to cause any adverse effects in breastfed babies.

Yarafexo 94mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Yarafexo 94mg Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised.May cause excessive sleepiness in patients with end stage kidney disease.
Yarafexo 94mg Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Yarafexo 94mg Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
What if I forget to take it?
If a dose of Yarafexo 94mg Tablet is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.
