Smocle GT 2.6mg Tablet can be taken it with or without food, although it's advisable to take it consistently at the same time.
How it works
How Smocle GT Tablet works Smocle GT 2.6mg Tablet is a nitrate. It works by relaxing the blood vessels and increasing the supply of blood and oxygen to the heart while reducing its work load, thereby preventing/treating attacks of angina (chest pain).
Unsafe: It is unsafe to consume alcohol while taking Smocle GT 2.6mg Tablet , as it may lead to symptoms such as flushing, increased heart rate, nausea, thirst, chest pain, and low blood pressure, known as a Disulfiram reaction.
Smocle GT 2.6mg Tablet is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects to the developing baby; however, there are limited human studies.
Smocle GT 2.6mg Tablet is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby.
Smocle GT 2.6mg Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
Smocle GT 2.6mg Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Smocle GT 2.6mg Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Doctor consultation is advised.
There is limited information available on the use of Smocle GT 2.6mg Tablet in patients with liver disease. Doctor consultation is advised.
What if I forget to take it?
If a dose of Smocle GT 2.6mg Tablet is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.
