Safe when prescribed by an expert: Plecam 20 DT Tablet is safe to use during breastfeeding. Human studies suggest that the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in a significant amount and is not harmful to the baby.
Not Safe: Plecam 20 DT Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
Caution Advised: Plecam 20 DT Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Plecam 20 DT Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised. No dose adjustment is recommended in patients with mild to moderate kidney disease. Regular monitoring of kidney function test is advised while you are taking this medicine.
Caution Advised: Plecam 20 DT Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Plecam 20 DT Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised.
What if I forget to take it?
If a dose of Plecam 20 DT Tablet is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.
