Taking too much Ranitidine may cause symptoms such as fever, low blood pressure, abnormal heartbeat, dizziness, or difficulty breathing. Seek immediate medical attention. Supportive management and monitoring will be required in a medical facility.

If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it is nearly time for your next scheduled dose, skip the missed one and continue your normal dosing routine. Do not take a double dose to compensate for the missed dose. Maintaining a consistent schedule ensures better symptom control.
