If you forget a dose of Nimty Gel , simply continue with your regular schedule and do not take a double dose.

You have been prescribed Nimty Gel to get relief from pain and stiffness in the muscles. Apply Nimty Gel 2-3 times daily or as prescribed by the doctor. Remember to wash your hands after applying Nimty Gel, unless this is the area being treated. Do not apply Nimty Gel to large areas of skin or near sensitive areas such as private parts or on broken or injured skin. Avoid applying Nimty Gel right after bathing or shaving. Using this medication on freshly shaved skin areas can cause severe skin irritation. Consult your doctor if you get excessive skin irritation or other unwanted effects.
