Take a fiber-rich diet, avoid oily or spicy food and drink plenty of fluids while taking it to make sure you stay hydrated.

How it works
MBC 140 Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Mebeverine and Chlordiazepoxide. Mebeverine is an antispasmodic medicine which relaxes the muscles of the intestine and relieves spasm. Chlordiazepoxide is a benzodiazepine. It works by increasing the action of a chemical messenger (GABA) which suppresses the abnormal and excessive activity of the nerve cells in the brain.
