Safe when prescribed by an expert: Exelon Patch 15 is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Exelon Patch 15 is recommended. However, inform your doctor if you have an underlying kidney disease as close monitoring is advised while you are taking this medicine.

Liver

If you forget a dose of Exelon Patch 15 , simply continue with your regular schedule and do not take a double dose.

Store in a cool and dry place, and keep the temperature below 30�C

You have been prescribed Exelon Patch 15 to slow down the progression of Alzheimer's disease. It does not cure Alzheimer's disease but may help improve brain function and ability to do daily activities. It may cause diarrhea, nausea, and vomiting. Drink plenty of fluids to keep yourself hydrated while taking Exelon Patch 15. Do not drive or do anything that requires mental focus until you know how Exelon Patch 15 affects you. Be cautious while taking this medicine if you suffer from peptic ulcer as it may cause vomiting, stomach bleeding, stomach pain, or discomfort. Inform your doctor if you experience seizures or convulsions while taking this medicine.
