In Treatment of Bacterial & parasitic infections Ensin TZ Tablet is a combination medicine which can be used to treat infections caused by bacteria and parasites. These include gynecological infections, teeth and urine infections, lung infections, and abdominal infections such as acute diarrhea or dysentery. It works by killing and stopping the growth of the bacteria and parasites causing the infection. This medicine usually makes you feel better quite quickly. However, you should continue taking it as long as it is prescribed even if you feel better, to make sure that all bacteria and parasites are killed and do not become resistant.

The majority of side effects typically do not necessitate medical intervention. and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Doctor consultation is advised if they persist or if you're worried about them. ['Vomiting, Stomach pain, Dryness in mouth, Metallic taste, Headache']

Ensin TZ Tablet is a combination of two antibiotics: Ciprofloxacin and Tinidazole. Ciprofloxacin works by preventing the bacterial cells from dividing and repairing, thereby killing the bacteria. Tinidazole kills parasites and anaerobic bacteria that cause infections by damaging their DNA. Together, they treat your infection effectively.

Alcohol

Unsafe: It is unsafe to consume alcohol while taking Ensin TZ Tablet , as it may lead to symptoms such as flushing, increased heart rate, nausea, thirst, chest pain, and low blood pressure, known as a Disulfiram reaction.

Pregnancy

Seek medical advice from your doctor: Ensin TZ Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Doctor consultation is advised.

Breast feeding

Safe when prescribed by an expert: Ensin TZ Tablet is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby. Baby should be closely monitored for development of fever, loss of appetite and diarrhea. In case, any of the above happens please inform your doctor immediately.

Driving

Not Safe: Ensin TZ Tablet may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive. Ensin TZ Tablet may make you feel drowsy or gives you problems with coordination or sensation (e.g. numbness or weakness). This may affect your driving ability.

Kidney

Caution Advised: Ensin TZ Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Ensin TZ Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised.

Liver

Safe when prescribed by an expert: Ensin TZ Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Ensin TZ Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Doctor consultation is advised.

If a dose of Ensin TZ Tablet is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.

Store in a cool and dry place, and keep the temperature below 30�C

Your doctor has prescribed this combination medicine for the treatment of diarrhea and dysentery. Diarrhea can cause dehydration. Drink plenty of fluids to help rehydrate you.� Consult your doctor if your diarrhea lasts for more than 48 hours. Do not use Ensin TZ Tablet if you have blood in your stool or if you are severely constipated. It may cause dizziness and sleepiness. Do not drive or do anything that requires mental focus until you know how it affects you. Avoid consuming alcohol when taking Ensin TZ Tablet as it may irritate your stomach and also cause excessive drowsiness. Notify your doctor if you feel pain in your tendons, numbness, or tingling sensations. Inform your doctor if you are pregnant or planning to conceive or breastfeeding.
