How Coldlas P Tablet works Coldlas P 30mg/5mg/325mg/10mg Tablet is combination of four medicines: Caffeine, Cetirizine, Paracetamol and Phenylephrine. Cetirizine is an antiallergic which relieves allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and an antipyretic (fever reducer). It blocks the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and fever. Caffeine is a stimulant which increases the effectiveness of Paracetamol and decreases sleepiness due to Cetirizine.
