This medicine is used when other conventional treatments cannot be used or if the patient is not responsive or intolerant to any of these treatments. Apxenta 30mg Tablet can be taken with or without food. Take it regularly and do not stop taking the medicine even if you get better until that doctor tells you it is alright to stop. You may need to monitor your weight regularly while taking the medicine as it may cause weight loss.Using this medicine may cause few common side effects such as nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, headache, and upper respiratory tract infection. Plaque psoriasis
In Plaque psoriasis : Plaque psoriasis is the most common form of psoriasis, a condition where the skin cells in the body grow too quickly and form scales and dry patches. They can grow anywhere, but most appear on the scalp, elbows, knees, and lower back. Apxenta 30mg Tablet reduces the scaly, itchy patches which may develop on the different parts of the body. It may take several months to become fully effective. You should avoid drinking alcohol while having this treatment and drink plenty of water to stay hydrated.

How to use Apxenta Tablet Follow your doctor's guidance regarding the dose and duration of this medication. Ingest it without breaking or crushing. Do not chew, crush or break it. Apxenta 30mg Tablet can be taken it with or without food, although it's advisable to take it consistently at the same time.
How Apxenta Tablet works Apxenta 30mg Tablet is a phosphodiesterase 4 (PDE4) inhibitors. It works by blocking the action of certain chemical messengers that are responsible for inflammation associated with psoriatic arthritis and psoriasis, and thereby reduces the signs and symptoms of these conditions.
Alcohol
Caution: It is important to consult your doctor regarding alcohol consumption while taking Apxenta 30mg Tablet .
Pregnancy
Apxenta 30mg Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Doctor consultation is advised.
Breast feeding
Information regarding the use of Apxenta 30mg Tablet during breastfeeding is not available. Doctor consultation is advised.
Driving

Kidney

Liver
Apxenta 30mg Tablet is safe to use in patients with liver disease. No dose adjustment of Apxenta 30mg Tablet is recommended.
If a dose of Apxenta 30mg Tablet is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.
Store in a cool and dry place, and keep the temperature below 30�C
Apxenta 30mg Tablet is a well-tolerated medicine. Mild stomach upset may occur early during the treatment. Monitor your weight regularly as Apxenta 30mg Tablet may cause weight loss. Your doctor will gradually increase the dose from day 1 to day 6 of treatment, after which it may be kept constant. Tell your doctor immediately if you experience new or worsened depression, suicidal thoughts, other mood changes or unexplained weight loss.
