How it works
How Aelxim-AZ Dry Syrup works Aelxim-AZ Dry Syrup is a combination of two antibiotics: Cefixime and Azithromycin. Cefixime works by preventing the formation of the bacterial protective covering which is essential for the survival of the bacteria. Azithromycin stops bacterial growth by preventing the synthesis of essential proteins required by bacteria to carry out vital functions.
Unsafe: Avoid consuming alcohol with Aelxim-AZ Dry Syrup as it is deemed unsafe.
Aelxim-AZ Dry Syrup is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects to the developing baby; however, there are limited human studies.
Aelxim-AZ Dry Syrup is safe to use during breastfeeding. Human studies suggest that the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in a significant amount and is not harmful to the baby.There may be a possibility of diarrhea or rash in the baby.
Aelxim-AZ Dry Syrup does not usually affect your ability to drive.
