Lasmiditan is used in the treatment of migraine.

How Lasmiditan works Lasmiditan may work by blocking pain signals from reaching the brain and reducing inflammation of the nerves that contribute to migraine symptoms. Lasmiditan does not prevent migraine attacks or decrease the frequency of headaches.

Side Effects

Common side effects of Lasmiditan include dizziness, fatigue, paresthesia (tingling or pricking sensation), and sedation.
