Levofloxacin and Ambroxol is a combination of two medications that treat respiratory tract infections associated with excessive mucus (phlegm).
Side Effects
Common side effects of Levofloxacin and Ambroxol include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, headache, dizziness, insomnia (difficulty sleeping), and allergic reactions.

- Levofloxacin + Ambroxol should be taken with or without food, but at the same time every day.
- Do not skip any doses and complete the full course of treatment, even if you feel better.
- Discontinue Levofloxacin + Ambroxol and inform your doctor immediately if you experience:
- A rash
- Itchy skin
- Swelling of the face and mouth
- Difficulty in breathing
- Diarrhea may occur as a side effect but should resolve once your course is complete.
- Inform your doctor if diarrhea persists or if you notice blood in your stools.
- It is advisable to stay hydrated and drink plenty of water to alleviate potential side effects of the medication.
