In Bacterial infections PIMERA INJECTION contains two different medicines, Cefepime and Tazobactum, that work together to kill the bacteria that cause infections. Cefipime works by stopping the growth of bacteria. Tazobactum reduces resistance and enhances the activity of Cefipime against bacteria. PIMERA INJECTION can be used to treat many different bacterial infections. This medicine usually makes you feel better within a few days, but you should continue taking it as prescribed even when you feel better to make sure that all bacteria are killed and do not become resistant.

PIMERA INJECTION is a combination of two medicines: Cefepime and Tazobactum. Cefepime is an antibiotic.
