Aceclofenac + Paracetamol + Serratiopeptidase is a combination medicine used to relieve pain, inflammation, and swelling associated with musculoskeletal disorders, injuries, and post-operative conditions. It works by reducing pain signals, controlling inflammation, and breaking down inflammatory proteins to promote faster recovery.

This combination treatment brings together three effective agents, Aceclofenac, Paracetamol (Acetaminophen), and Serratiopeptidase, to manage moderate pain, inflammation and swelling. Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that reduces inflammation and relieves pain by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis. Paracetamol enhances pain relief and reduces fever, complementing the action of Aceclofenac. Serratiopeptidase is an enzyme that helps break down abnormal proteins at sites of inflammation, reducing swelling and promoting tissue healing.

This combination is commonly prescribed for conditions such as arthritis, sprains, strains, back pain, dental pain and post-surgical inflammation. Aceclofenac + Paracetamol + Serratiopeptidase can be taken after meals to reduce stomach irritation. Certain foods and drinks may increase the risk of side effects or affect absorption.

Avoid:

• Alcohol (increases risk of stomach irritation, bleeding, and liver damage)

• Spicy, oily, or very fatty foods (may worsen stomach upset)

• Other NSAID-containing foods or supplements (e.g., some herbal pain relievers)

Certain medicines can affect how Aceclofenac + Paracetamol + Serratiopeptidase works or increase the risk of side effects. Always inform your doctor about all medicines you are taking.

Possible interactions with:

• Other NSAIDs (e.g., ibuprofen, naproxen): May increase risk of stomach irritation, ulcers, or bleeding.

• Anticoagulants (e.g., warfarin): Higher risk of bleeding.

• Corticosteroids (e.g., prednisolone): Increased risk of stomach ulcers or gastrointestinal bleeding.

• ACE inhibitors or diuretics: NSAIDs may reduce their blood pressure-lowering effect.

• Lithium or Methotrexate: NSAIDs may increase blood levels, raising risk of toxicity.

• Other hepatotoxic drugs: May increase risk of liver damage due to Paracetamol component.

Take the missed dose as soon as you remember. If it is close to the next dose, skip the missed one. Do not double the dose to compensate.
